Krida Yoga AKA Kids Yoga

Krida Yoga, inspired by the wisdom of ancient Indian games and sports, brings a unique and joyful element to my classes. Combining yoga postures with playful movements, this practice fosters creativity, team building, and inner child exploration. Krida Yoga combines yoga and playfulness, catering to children and teenagers. Through creative and engaging sessions, which help young individuals develop physical strength, emotional resilience, and mindfulness skills, nurturing their overall growth and well-being.
